Aerflux T BODY

DESCRIPTION

Pneumatic-Actuated Valves with T-body design (horizontal fluid passage), featuring a gunmetal bronze valve body and anodized aluminum actuator. The valve includes a stainless steel stem and a bronze closure disc.

Double-acting or single-acting (normally closed or open) with seals in NBR or FKM with a nickel-plated body oxygen-compatible featuring a position control stem rod scraper and a stem cleaning system with grease for debris removal

The AerFlux body T can be produced in an RC version suitable for intercepting fluids containing solid particles. This is made possible by a scraper rod and a dedicated integrated system for cleaning the rod.

Available in sizes from 1/4” to 2”, the body T valves are classic pneumatic actuated valves. They are produced in various versions: normally open, normally closed, double acting… and also for high temperatures, featuring a rod cleaning system, with a scraper rod, and oxygen compatible options.

Aerflux L Body

DESCRIPTION

Pneumatic actuated valves with an L-shaped valve body (fluid passage at 90°) made of gunmetal bronze and an anodized aluminum actuator. The rod is made of stainless steel, and the closing disc is made of bronze.

Pneumatic valve with an L-shaped body. It shares the same quality as the AerFlux T model but features an L-shaped body. The L-shaped pneumatic valve provides more precise airflow control in certain industrial applications. Its design allows for easy transitions for any fluid, reducing pressure losses and improving the overall efficiency of the system.

Available in sizes from 1/2” to 3”, they are produced in various versions: normally open, normally closed, double acting, vacuum breaker, high temperature, and oxygen compatible.

Like the body T valves, the body L valves are 100% made in Italy, manufactured entirely in-house for every single component. Their value also comes from our strict quality standards and the manual testing performed on each unit produced.
