CILINDRI AEREXIG: SPECIAL AND STANDARD COMBINED TOGETHER IN A COMPACT BODY

The AerExig cylinders are compact cylinders ranging from 125 to 250 in diameter. They are fully compatible with ISO 15552 standard mountings, ensuring the same thrust force as an ISO cylinder of equal diameter but with smaller longitudinal dimensions.

Additionally, they can be directly fixed to the application using only four screws and the integrated holes on the end caps. In the absence of significant radial loads on the rod, this type of cylinder can fully replace ISO models. The heads are made from a single block of solid aluminum, processed in-house with our CNC centers. These cylinders are entirely configurable by the customer: special male or female threads, double force, tandem, additional holes, through-rod, integrated fastening elements, specific lubricants, gaskets for high or low temperatures.

Also available in magnetic version and with pneumatic limit switches. Quite versatile and customizable!
